How to Restore Windows 11 Using a Restore Point

System Restore is a built-in Windows 11 recovery tool that allows you to revert your computer’s system files, settings, and installed applications to an earlier state without affecting your personal files. Method 1: Restore Windows 11 from the Desktop

If your computer boots normally, you can launch System Restore directly through Windows tools.

  1. Open System Properties: Click the Start button, type Create a restore point, and press Enter.
  2. Launch System Restore: In the System Properties window, ensure you are on the System Protection tab, then click the System Restore button.
