How to Copy All Tab Group URLs in Safari at Once

This article provides a quick and easy guide on how to simultaneously copy the web addresses of every open tab within a specific Safari Tab Group. Whether you are using a Mac, iPhone, or iPad, Safari includes a built-in feature that extracts all your grouped URLs to your clipboard in just a few clicks or taps, allowing you to easily paste, save, or share them anywhere without copying each link individually.

Copying Tab Group URLs on a Mac

To copy all the links from a Tab Group on macOS, use the Safari sidebar:

  1. Open Safari on your Mac.
  2. Click the Sidebar button in the top-left corner of the browser window (it looks like a rectangle with a column on the left).
  3. Locate the specific Tab Group you want to copy in the sidebar list.
  4. Right-click (or hold the Control key and click) on the name of the Tab Group.
  5. Click Copy Links from the dropdown menu.

All the URLs are now saved to your clipboard as a list. You can press Command + V to paste them into a document, email, or messaging app.

Copying Tab Group URLs on an iPhone

To grab all the URLs from a Tab Group on iOS, access your Tab Groups menu:

  1. Open the Safari app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Tabs button (the two overlapping squares) in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap the name of your current Tab Group at the bottom-center of the screen to open your list of Tab Groups.
  4. Press and hold the specific Tab Group you want to copy until a menu appears.
  5. Tap Copy Links.

You can now switch to any other app, tap a text field, and select Paste to insert the list of web addresses.

Copying Tab Group URLs on an iPad

The process on iPadOS is similar to the Mac and iPhone, utilizing the iPad's sidebar:

  1. Open Safari on your iPad.
  2. Tap the Sidebar icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. Find the desired Tab Group in the list.
  4. Press and hold the Tab Group name, or tap the More button (three dots) next to the group's name.
  5. Tap Copy Links from the menu.

Your links are now ready to be pasted wherever you need them.
