How to Use Glitch Effect in Kdenlive

Step 1: Prepare Your Project and Timeline
Before applying any effects, you need to import your media and set up your timeline. 1. Open Kdenlive and import your video clip into the Project Bin. 2. Drag and drop the video clip onto the timeline. 3. If you only want the glitch effect to appear on a specific portion of the video, use the Razor Tool (X) to cut the clip, isolating the section you want to distort.

the clip to return the values to 0, restoring a clean
signal.

Digital video glitches are highly visual, but adding corresponding audio artifacts completes the illusion of a transmission failure. 1. Go to the Effects tab and search for audio effects like Glitch (audio), Mute, or Volume. 2. Apply the audio Glitch or White Noise effect to the audio track. 3.
