- Locate the track headers on the far-left side of the timeline (where the track names, lock icons, and mute buttons are located).
- Right-click on any empty space within a track header, or right-click the name of an existing track.
- Click Insert Track from the context menu.

- Enter a custom Track name (optional).
- Choose whether you want to add a Video track or an Audio track.
- Choose the Destination (e.g., “Above” or “Below” an existing track of your choice).
