Customize Kdenlive Timeline Zoom and Pan

Default Kdenlive Mouse Scroll Behaviors

By default, Kdenlive maps specific timeline navigation functions to the mouse scroll wheel combined with modifier keys:

• Vertical Scroll: Scrolling the wheel up or down moves the timeline vertically through the audio and video tracks.
• Horizontal Scroll (Panning): Holding Shift while scrolling the wheel pans the timeline left and right along the timecode.
• Zooming In/Out: Holding Ctrl while scrolling the wheel zooms into or out of the timeline, centering the zoom on the current position of your mouse cursor.

How to Customize Timeline Navigation Settings
