Change Kdenlive Scaling Algorithm 4K to 1080p

When working with 4K footage in a 1080p Kdenlive timeline, the software automatically downscales your clips to fit the project resolution. While Kdenlive handles this automatically, the default scaling algorithm might not always deliver the sharpness or rendering speed you require.
