How to Apply All Modifiers at Once in Blender

Applying modifiers individually in Blender can be time-consuming, especially when working with complex models that use multiple stack layers. While Blender's default modifier panel requires you to apply each modifier one by one, you can easily apply all modifiers at once using the built-in "Modifier Tools" add-on, converting the object directly to a mesh, or using keyboard shortcuts. This guide covers the quickest methods to bake all active modifiers into your geometry instantly.

Blender comes with a free, official add-on that adds an "Apply All" button directly to the modifier interface.

  1. Go to Edit > Preferences.
  2. Select the Add-ons tab on the left.
  3. In the search bar, type Modifier Tools.
  4. Check the box next to Interface: Modifier Tools to enable it.
  5. Close the Preferences window.
  6. Select your object and go to the Modifier Properties tab (wrench icon).
  7. You will now see four new buttons at the top of the modifier stack. Click Apply All.

Method 2: Convert Object to Mesh (Fastest Native Shortcut)

If you want to apply all modifiers without enabling any add-ons, converting the object to a mesh automatically bakes all active modifiers into the geometry.

  1. Select the object (or select multiple objects) in Object Mode.
  2. Press Ctrl + A to open the Apply menu.
  3. Select Visual Geometry to Mesh.

Alternative: Right-click the object in the 3D Viewport, navigate to Convert To, and select Mesh.

Method 3: Apply Modifiers Across Multiple Objects

If you have several separate objects and want to apply all modifiers on all of them simultaneously:

  1. Select all the target objects in Object Mode.
  2. Press Right-Click in the viewport.
  3. Choose Convert To > Mesh (or press Ctrl + A > Visual Geometry to Mesh).

All modifiers on every selected object will be applied instantly in top-down stack order.
