Remove Mic Rumble in Audacity with High-Pass Filter

Unwanted low-frequency noise, such as microphone handling rumble, desk vibrations, and air conditioner thuds, can significantly degrade the quality of your audio recordings. Step 1: Select the Audio Track

Open your project in Audacity. Select the section of audio that contains the handling rumble. If you want to clean the entire track, click on the track's control panel on the left side, or press Ctrl + A (Windows) or Cmd + A (Mac) to select all audio.
